摘 要:目的探讨人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染对阴茎鳞癌组织Fas/FasL基因表达的影响。方法用原位杂交法及免疫组化法分别检测40例阴茎鳞癌和10例阴茎包皮组织中HPV及Fas、FasL蛋白的表达。结果在阴茎鳞癌和阴茎包皮组织中,HPV感染率分别为70.0%和25.0%(P<0.05),Fas表达阳性率分别为40.0%和85.0%(P<0.05),FasL分别为65.0%和25.0%(P<0.05)。在阴茎鳞癌HPV感染组和未感染组,Fas表达阳性率分别为28.6%和66.7%(P<0.05);FasL分别为75.0%和41.7%(P<0.05)。结论HPV感染可能会使阴茎鳞癌细胞Fas基因表达下调,FasL表达上调,使癌细胞发生免疫逃避,从而促进阴茎鳞癌的发生。Objective To study the effect of human papilloma virus(HPV) on the expressions of Fas/FasL in squamous cell carcinomas of penile. Methods The expressions of HPV and Fas/FasL in 40 cases of penile squamous cell carcinomas of and 10 penile skin tissues were detected by technique and in situ hybridization. Results The rates of HPV expression were 70.0% and 25.0% ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the rates of Fas expression were 40.0% and 85.0% ( P 〈 0.05 ) , the rates of FasL expression were' 65.0% and 25.0% ( P 〈0. 05 ) in squamous ceil carcinomas and penile skin tissues respectively. The rates of Fas expression were 28.6% and 66.7% ( P 〈0.05), and the rates of FasL expression were 75.0% and 41.7% ( P 〈0.05 ) in penile carcinoma patients,.with and without HPV infection respectively. Conclusion HPV infection may lead to the down - regulation of Fas expression and up - regulation of FasL expression in cancer cells and promote the development of penile carcinoma.
