摘　　要：水书文献是指用水族古文字记载水族相关知识的手抄珍稀文本及对水族文化研究形成的图书资料。加强水书文献的保护与利用有利于传承和发展地方文化、为地方建设提供文献信息、为科学研究及地方史志工作提供文献服务、开展乡土教育和爱国主义教育。因此,要依照法律法规,通过构建水书文献保障体系等措施保护水书,通过开展借阅工作、参考咨询服务和编制水书文献书目索引等措施利用水书文献,并充分发挥其价值。The Shui ethnic group literature are carriers （handwritten or library materials） which record the related information and researches of the Shui ethnic group culture. Strengthening the protection and utilization of the Shui ethnic group literature is conducive to the heritage and development of local culture, to provide the literature information for the district developing, to provide literature services for local researchers, to implement the local education and patriotic education. Therefore, the protection of the Shui ethnic group literature should accord to the laws and regulations to construct the Shui ethnic group literature security system. The utilization of Shui ethnic group literature should include the work of borrowing, consulting, and compiling bibliography of the Shui ethnic group literature.
