摘  要:目的改进银杏叶提取工艺。方法在银杏叶的有机溶剂提取工艺基础上引入超微粉碎技术,考察了粉碎粒径、溶剂用量和浸提时间对银杏叶提取物得率的影响。结果与对照工艺相比,将银杏叶粉碎至平均粒径42μnm左右时银杏叶提取物中黄酮苷的得率从1.15%提高到了1.71%,银杏内酯的得率从0.47%提高到了0.68%;溶剂用量节省了43%;浸提时间可选择30 min,节省了75%。结论超微粉碎技术能改善银杏叶提取工艺。Objective To improve ginkgo leaves extraction process. Methods Superfine grinding technology was used in processing of ginkgo leaves extraction. Effects of particles average diameter, the solvent consumption and the extraction time on the obtained ratio of ginkgo leaves extract was studied. Results Compared with the control process, when the ginkgo leaves were grinded into particles with average diameter of 42 μm, the obtained ratio of flavonoids was increased from 1.15% to 1.71% ,and the obtained ratio of ginkgolides was increased from 0.47% to 0.68% ;the solvent consumption was reduced by 43% and the extraction time was reduced by 75 %. Conclusion Superfine grinding technology improved processing of ginkgo leaves extraction.
