摘 要:该文通过实验研究了油锯振动对操作者手臂长肌收缩强度的疲劳的影响结果表明,振动加速度大小和振动频率对掌长肌收缩强度的影响都很显著,加速度幅值越大收缩越强烈,27-120Hz条件下的掌长肌收缩都比静态握持时要大,27-80H范围内掌长肌收缩最强烈,超过120Hz时,与静态握时基本相同。An experimental study on the effects of chain saw vibration on activity of palmaris longus muscle was carried out. The results indicated that the effects of vibration acceleration and frequency on the activity of palmaris longus muscle were very significant;the activity became more powerful as the acceleration increasing,and the activities of the muscle between 27 and 120Hz were also more powerful than the activity under the condition of static grasping (no vibration);the activities in the range from 27 to 80Hz were the most powerful. Above 120Hz, the activities of palmaris longus muscle were basically same as the situation of static grasping. In the EMG spectra, the components corresponded to the vibration excited frequencies were much larger than the components of other frequencies, the components corresponded to the vibration excited frequencies became smaller as the excited frequency increasing, but the clear peaks also existed. The effects of the vibration frequencies and the vibration exposure time on the EMG frequency lowering were significant, vibration of 80Hz caused the largest fatigue of palmaris longus muscle. Comparing with the static grasping, the vibration of 27Hz had effect on fatigue reduction. For the effects of vibration exposure time, the progress of EMG frequency lowering was fast in the first 3 minutes, it was slower between 3 to 7 minutes, and from the 7th minute, it became faster again, this indicated that progress of muscle fatigue of palmaris longus had a rhythm.
