摘 要:超声波辅助提取总黄酮,比色法和HPLC分别测定黄河入海口和松嫩草原野生罗布麻叶总黄酮、槲皮素含量,研究罗布麻叶总黄酮对DPPH·和·OH清除活性。结果表明,松嫩草原和黄河入海口罗布麻叶总黄酮含量分别是5.428~8.071mg/g、12.110mg/g,槲皮素含量分别是2.900~4.531mg/g、5.23mg/g;松嫩草原罗布麻叶总黄酮抗氧化活性较强。Ultrasonic extraction were applied to extract total flavonoids. This study determined the contents of total flavonoids and quercetin from leaves of Apocynum venetum collected in Songnen plain and Yellow river mouth area respectively. Spectrophotometric method has been used to measure total flavonoids, and the content of quercetin determined by HPLC. The antioxidant capacities of the extracts of total flavonoids from leaves of Apocynum venetum towards free radical scavenging were evaluated by using 1,1-diphenyl-2- icrylhydrazyl(DPPH) and hydroxyl radicals. The results showed that both leaves of Apocynum venetum collected in Songnen plain and Yellow river mouth area (2.900-4.531 mg/g and 5.23 mg/g respectively) possessed higher amounts of quercetin and the contents of total flavonoids from theirs were of 5.428-8.071 mg/g and 12.110 mg/g respectively. In addition, leaves of of Apocynum venetum wildly growing in Songnen plain showed higher antioxidant activity as compared to that in Yellow river mouth area.
