摘 要:为了用木薯淀粉制备双醛淀粉,在自制带搅拌的电化学反应器中,以碘酸钠为原料,研究了一步法电氧化制备双醛淀粉工艺过程。获得的较佳工艺条件是:阳极室中淀粉乳含量为8%,NaIO3浓度0.2mol/L,硫酸浓度为0.2mol/L;阴极液中硫酸浓度为0.3mol/L,室温电解,电流密度为0.025A/cm2,电解时间5h。在选定的实验条件下,5批次制备产物中双醛淀粉含量平均为87.15%,电流效率平均93.8%,产率为92.5%。双醛淀粉产品经红外光谱表征,在波长为1750cm-1处出现明显吸收峰,在波长为2750cm-1处出现弱吸收峰,说明产物中醛基的存在。Dialdehyde starch was prepared from cassava starch and sodium iodate in an electrolysis reactor. The one-step electrooxidation preparation method of dialdehyde starch has been investigated. The optimum parameters were as: the starch milk consistency was 8%, the concentration of sulfuric acid was 0.2 mol/L and the concentration of NalO3 was 0.2 mol/L in anode chamber; In cathode chamber, the concentration of sulfuric acid was 0.3 mol/L, the electrolysis reaction lasted for 5 h at room temperature with the current density of 0.025 Ncm, The results of 5 batch products indicated that the average dialdehyde starch content was 87.15%, the average current efficiency was 93.8% and the average yield was 92.5%. Comparing the IR spectrum of the product with that of original starch, the strong peak at 1750 cm^-1 and the specific peak of 2750 cm^-1 indicated the product is dialdehyde starch.
