茄黄萎病菌粗毒素提取及氨基酸成份分析

摘　　要：试验用Ｃｚａｐｃｋ＇ｓ培养液振荡培养茄黄痿病菌（Ｖｅｒｔｉｃｉｌｉｕｍｄａｈｌｉａｅ），通过真空抽滤、浓缩、离心和透析，得到病菌粗毒素，对其氨基酸组份分析，结果表明：茄黄萎病菌粗毒素蛋白中含有１４种氨基酸，其中酸性氨基酸占１７．５％，碱性氨基酸占１０．４６％。Verticillium dahliae from eggplant was cultured in Czapck's culture medium.Crude toxin extraction was obtained by a serial procedure of filter,concentration,centrifugal and dialysis.Composition of the extraction was analyzed.The results showed that 14 amino acids existed in the toxin-protein of the Verticillium dahliae of eggplant wilt,among which acidic amino acid accounted for 17.51% and the alkaline amino acid was about 10.46% percent.
