摘  要:提出一种高压输电线路监测系统方案,该系统由安装在输电线路铁塔上的无线监测节点、光通信节点以及电力特种光缆中的空闲纤芯组成。这些无线节点和光节点通过AdHoc组网方式构成具有自适应功能的基础通信网络,通过无线接力传输和光信号接力传输相结合的方式,实现监控中心与任意监测节点之间的双向信息交互。该系统可以对复杂地形条件下的长距离输电线路进行全程、逐塔的实时监测,还可以支持工作人员在输电线路延线的邻近区域内,利用专用无线终端接入监测网络,进行语音、数据、视频的双向通信,为线路检修和抢险救灾等特殊场合提供应急通信手段。A novel high voltage transmission line monitoring system, which consists of wireless monitoring nodes and optical communication nodes mounted on the top of transmission towers and utilizes one or two idle fibres in the special fiber cable for transmission lines, is proposed. With the Ad Hoc networking strategy, these wireless and optical communication nodes compose a self-adaptive basal communication network, and information can be transmitted by the combination of wireless relay with optical relay, thus bidirectional message transmissions between monitoring nodes and monitoring center is implemented. This system can realize on-line supervision of the whole transmission line in complex enviro^nents, and also can be effectively used as an emergency communication means for tower by tower real-time supervision under some special or urgent circumstances. Technicians in the vicinity of transmission lines can access to the monitoring network with appropriative wireless communication terminals to exchange audio/video/data messages.
