高校建立学习型工会组织的路径选择

摘　　要：本文在阐述回顾学习型组织理论的基础上，结合高校工会的特点，提出高校工会建设成学习型组织的重要意义和创建模式，从树立先进的创新理念、培育高素质教师队伍、建立完善的机静】、谋划学习载体等方面建设学习型高校工会组织。Based on the theory of learning organization and combined the characteristics of the union, this paper proposed the models of learning college trade union. Therefore, the college should adopt a set of advanced and innovative ideas, cultivate highquality teachers,and construct perfect incentive mechanism.
