新时期体育类高等学校教学秘书角色定位分析——以北京体育大学为例  

Analysis on the Role Positioning of Teaching Secretary in Sport Institutions in the New Period——Taking Beijing Sport University as an Example

摘　　要：随着"高等学校本科教学质量与教学改革工程"(以下简称质量工程)的推进,教学秘书作为高校管理队伍中的重要组成部分,在日常的教学管理中发挥着越来越重要的作用。对新形势下体育类高等学校(简称体育院校)教学秘书的角色定位与素质要求进行分析和讨论。With the promotion of ＂Quality and Teaching Reform Project for Undergraduate Education＂ （Quality of Project）, as important part of institutional management team, teaching secretaxy is playing an more important role, in the daily management. This paper analyzes teaching secretary＇s role positioning and quality requirements under the new situation in sports institutions.
