军事院校军事与体育合训互动教学模式的研究

摘　　要：以军事斗争需求为背景,从本质上探讨了体育与军事的渊源关系,在剖析体育与军事教育互动关系的基础上,根据体育与军事技能的互为一致性,提出须根据我军未来战场环境和军事行动对军人体能的特殊需求,结合我军军事训练法规,以教育学、体育学及军事学中的相关教学思想和理论为依据,通过对体现体育与军事相互促进关系的军体课程的整体设计,建构一个可供军校教员及相关指导人员在教学训练活动中借以进行操作的军事与体育合训互动教学模式,为军校学员的基础体能、军事基本技能等方面的军人职业素养的提高提供一个科学、规范、有效的指导框架。Based on the demand of military struggle, this paper explores the essential relationship between military and sports. It puts forward the future battlefield environment for Chinese soldiers and particular physical requirements demanded by military actions. On the basis of analyzing the interactive relation between sports and military, as well as the identity of their skills and military status, it develops a military and physical training teaching model which can be applied in teaching and training activities by teachers and instructors in military academies. Being found on teaching principles and theories of pedagogy, physical education and military science, this pattern aims to provide a scientific, normative and effective framework for improving soldiers＇ professional background.
