摘　　要：本文针对当前独立学院计算机专业毕业生就业竞争压力大的现状,提出独立学院在人才培养过程中应注重培养学生的职业技能。文章分析了计算机软件职业技能三个阶段的特点,提出独立学院应以培养学生的中级软件职业技能为目标;并结合某独立学院计算机软件职业技能培养经验体会,阐述了独立学院计算机专业学生软件职业技能培养的主要措施。Aiming at the status of the students of Independent College being lack of professional ablhty of computer sottware, we propose that the professional ability of computer software should be improved during developing students. Through analyzing characteristics of professional ability of computer software in low, middle and high degree, we suggest that the developing object of independent college should aim at middle degree of professional ability. Combining the practices of developing professional ability of an Independent College, some solutions which aim to benefit the work of improving the development of students＇ professional ability of computer software are described.
