摘　　要：通过为王文采先生整理口述自传,得出一点从事口述史学的体会。主要有:立项应建立在口述者与整理者已有信任关系之上,进入工作之后,真诚交谈,倾听口述,寻找旁证,整理成稿,再经口述者审阅,形成最终文本。Through collating Mr.Wang Wencai s oral autobiography,this paper obtained some understanding of oral history.There are main three procedures as follows： first,a project should be established on the existing trust between the narrator and coordinator;then chat sincerely,listen attentively,find circumstantial evidence and sort everything out into a draft,after the draft is checked by the narrator,the final version comes into being.
