摘　　要：阐述了知识管理的含义和作用,分析了目前现代知识管理主要存在的问题,提出实施知识管理的主要措施。This paper introduces the definition and function of knowledge management,analyses the main problems in modern knowledge management,and puts forward the chief measures for the implementation of knowledge management.
