现代康复技术在脑卒中恢复期运用初探

摘　　要：综合应用运动疗法、作业治疗及心理治疗等现代康复技术对３５例脑卒中患者进行系统治疗，同时设对照组２４例。所有患者在治疗前后均运用Ｂｒｕｎｎｓｔｒｏｍ运动功能评定及日常生活活动能力（ＡＤＬ）的Ｂａｒｔｈｅｌ指数评测。结果显示，康复治疗组患肢的运动功能及日常生活活动能力的恢复明显优于对照组。Thirty-five patients with stroke were treated by physical ,occuptional and psycological therapy,while other 24 patients with stroke were treated by generl therary as contrast group.Before and after treatment,all the patients were evaluated by Brunnstrom index,activity of daily life (ADL) Barthel index.The results showed that the functions of the limb and ADL of rehabilitation were group much better than those of the control group.It suggested that modern rehabilitation technique was effectice ways in improving the function of stroke patients.
