摘　　要：目的：评估APACHEⅡ评分对脑卒中死亡风险的价值。方法：回顾性分析2000～2006年死于脑卒中的105例病例的临床。并运用APACHEⅡ评分（急性生理评分和慢性健康状况评分系统）系统进行评分。结果：APACHEⅡ评分14～46分，平均（27．89±6．06）分，死亡风险系数23，31％～98．09％，平均（66．75±10．38）％，APACHEⅡ评分大于14分特别是大于27分，或死亡风险系数大于23％特别是大于66％，死亡率明显增加。结论：APACHEⅡ评分对脑卒中死亡风险评估是有价值的。Objective To evaluate the value of APACHEⅡ score on the death risk of patients with stroke. Methods Retrospectively analysis the clinical characteristics and APACHE Ⅱscore of 105 cases of the death from stroke in 2000-2006 years. Results The score of APACHE Ⅱ is 14～46 and the average is （27.89±6.06）, the death risk coefficient is 23.31-98.09% and the average is （66.75±10.38） % ,the grades of APACHE ]I is above 14 especially above 27, or the risk factor of death is above 23% especially above 66%, then the mortality rate increases obviously. Conclusion APACHE Ⅱ score is valuable on the death risk of patients with stroke.
