摘  要:以出油率为评价指标,考察了萃取溶剂、时间、温度、液固比和超声波功率等方面对出油率的影响。在单因素实验基础上,通过正交试验得出优化工艺条件:乙酸乙酯为提取溶剂,时间为15min,液固比为40mL/g,温度为60℃,功率为90W。最后与索氏提取法、微波萃取法作了对比分析,结果表明,超声萃取法耗能低,消耗溶剂少,出油率高。Effects of different factors including extraction solvent, time, temperature, ratio of liquid to solid, and the ultrasonic power on the yield of seabuekthorn oil were investigated in this paper. The optimal conditions were obtained through single factor orthogonal experiment as followed: ethyl acetate as extraction solvent, extraction time 15 min, liquid to solid ratio 40 ml/g, extraction temperature 60℃, and ultrasonic power 90 W. Finally, the performance of ultrasonic extraction was compared using the Soxhlet extraction method and the microwave extraction method. The results indicated that the ultrasonic method had the advantage of low energy and solvent cost, and high yield of oil.
