摘　　要：研究Claudin-4和MMP-2在不同卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织中的表达情况及其意义。方法选择2004～2007年在温州医学院附属二院住院手术治疗、术前未行化疗、放疗的卵巢上皮性肿瘤标本存档蜡块共132例。应用免疫组织化学法检测Claudin-4和MMP-2在正常卵巢组织、卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤组织、卵巢交界性上皮性肿瘤组织、卵巢上皮性癌组织中的表达情况。结果Cladudin-4蛋白和MMP-2蛋白的表达都随着卵巢肿瘤由正常-良性-交界性-癌的发展呈上升趋势(P<0.01)。结论Claudin-4和MMP-2与卵巢上皮性肿瘤细胞恶性转化相关。Objective To elucidate the expressions of Claudin-4 and MMP-2 in epithelial ovarian tumor. Methods Specimens were obtained from132 patients with epithelial ovarian tumor who were naive to chemotherapy or radiotherapy before they were admitted in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical College from 2004 to 2007. Immunohistochemical staining （EliVision） was used to detect the expressions of Cladudin-4 and MMP-2 in all the tissues. Results The expressions of Claudin-4 and MMP-2 were positively correlated with the tumor progression process （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Claudin - 4 and MMP- 2 play an important role in the process of the malignant transformation of ovarian tumor.
