摘　　要：毛泽东母校湖南一师早期师范教育培养了大批革命者和教育人才,成为中国师范教育一奇葩。其成功原因是特定的外因和内因紧密结合的结果。其外因有时代变革的要求,当时地方政府的重视,使学校享有"亚高学府"的有利发展地位;其内因包括学校深厚的文化底蕴、优秀的莘莘学子、雄厚的师资队伍、先进的办学思想和完善的办学条件等。Hunan First Normal College,Mao Zedong＇s mother school,has cultivated large quantities of revolution and education talents,which had grown up a wonderful flower in Chinese normal education history.Its successful reasons are joint result of specific external cause and internal cause.Its external cause includes：request of times transform,having been attached importance to her by local government at that time.These made her,as second institution of higher learning,enjoy privileges to develop.Its internal cause includes：deep culture deposits,numerous good students,abundant teaching staff,advanced idea to run a school and perfect condition to run a school etc.
