摘  要:目的:为了了解大兴区食品中沙门菌、0157:H7、金黄色葡萄球菌、单增李斯特菌、空肠弯曲菌、副溶血弧菌的污染状况,确定上述致病菌对人们生活存在的潜在危害,为食源性疾病的检测、预防、预警乃至控制能力提供科学依据。方法:依据北京市食品污染物监测网工作手册进行。结果:共采集生肉、熟肉制品、生牛奶、速冻生、熟制品、水产品等样品200件,检出致病菌18株,其中包括沙门菌1株,单增李斯特菌9株,金黄色葡萄球菌7株,副溶血弧菌1株,总检出率为9.0%。结论:大兴区市售食品中存在致病菌污染的危险,尤其是生奶、生肉污染较重,水产品、熟肉制品也有不同程度的污染。Objective: To understand the pollution condition of Salmonella, O157:H7, Staphylococcus, Listeria monocytogenes, Campylobacteria, Vibrio parahaemolyticus in food in Daxing district, define the potential harm which from these germs to people's life, provide the foundation for pathogenic hacterea test, prevention early warming and whole control ability. Methods: According to the handbook of food contamination net of Beijing. Resules: We collected 200 pieces of samples including raw milk, cooked meat, raw meat, raw vegetables, aquatic products, 18 pathogenic bacteria were checked out, which including 1 Salmonella, 9 Listeria monocytogenes, 7 SA, 1 Vibrio parahaemolyticus, the total testing rate is 9.0%. Conclusion: Some pathogenic bateria had polluted the food in Daxing district, especially in raw milk, raw meat and the condition is more serious. There is still some pollution in aquatic product and cooked meat.
