摘　　要：随着高等学校内部管理体制改革的不断推进,高校内部权力结构正在分化重组,学生权力是大学权力结构的重要组成部分,加强高校学生权力建设对我国高校内部管理机制的完善和权力主体之间的平衡有着重要的意义。Along with the development of the reform of management system of the higher institutions, the power frame of the interior of the higher institutions is recombining. The student power is the important constituent of the power structure in higher institution, and strengthen it has important meaning for the perfection and balance of the distribution of the rights in the different parties in our higher institutions.
