摘　　要：尿素加热缩合制得缩二脲,再用浓硝酸处理缩二脲制得缩二脲硝酸盐。然后用浓硫酸作溶剂,缩二脲硝酸盐作硝化剂,在室温下硝化氯苯8h,实验结果表明,缩二脲硝酸盐作硝化剂硝化氯苯时,具有良好的区域选择性,得到产物为对硝基氯苯。Biuret nitrate was prepared by treating nitric acid with biuret,which was produced by condensation of urea under heating.Biuret nitrate can convert chlorobenzene into p-chloronitrobenzene regioselectively in the concentrated sulfuric acid solvent with the reaction carried out at room temperature for 8 h.
