案例教学法在工程管理专业教学中的应用

摘　　要：在工程管理专业教学中采用案例教学法具有拉近教学与实践的距离、帮助学生学习隐性知识、提高专业教师的能力等作用。在实施案例教学时应当注意的几个重要环节,包括案例的选择与准备、案例教学的形式、从例到理,从理到例等。在工程管理专业教学中推行案例教学法需要克服的困难包括案例资源匮乏、课程学时受限、课程班规模过大等。Useing case teaching in engineering management coures have many important roles.It includes：shortening the distance from teaching to practice,helping the students to learn recessive knowledge,enhancing the tcachers＇ capabilities,etc.There are several basilic points in case teaching need to be pay attention to.It involves the choice and preparative of teaching cases,format of case teaching,from case to theory,from theory to case,etc.Some difficulties must be overcome in using caes teaching：lack of cases,be restricted by time of course,overabundance of students,etc.
