摘　　要：论述了高校职工党支部工作机制创新的必要性,应遵循的原则以及工作机制创新的主要内容:党政共建的动力机制、思想政治工作的保障机制、组织生活的管理机制和党支部的服务机制。This paper intends to discuss the necessity of innovative theory of university Party Branch working mechanism and some principles that should be followed.It also elaborates the main contents of working mechanism innovation：motivation mechanism of both party and government,guarantee mechanism of ideological and political work,management mechanism of Party＇s regular activities and service mechanism of Party Branch.
