摘 要:目的:分析女性教师嗓音参数及嗓音障碍指数,探讨影响嗓音的相关因素。方法:对180名女性教师及90名非教师正常女性嗓音进行检测及问卷调查。结果:(1)有课间饮水习惯的教师各嗓音参数水平较无此习惯的教师低,差别有显著性(P<0.05)。(2)不同工作强度组间各嗓音参数水平差别有显著性(P<0.05)。(3)教师各嗓音参数水平高于非教师,差别有显著性(P<0.05)。(4)教师嗓音障碍指数与其工作强度呈正相关(r=0.376,P<0.05)。(5)不同年龄范围女性教师嗓音障碍指数高于非教师女性,差别有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:课间饮水可减轻女性教师嗓音不适;工作强度越大嗓音嘶哑程度越严重并且由此产生的对教师心理影响也越大;女性教师嗓音不适与其职业特点相关。Objective: To analyze the voice parameters and the index of voice handicap in female teachers and discuss some factors involved in teacher's voice. Methods: Voice samples from 180 female teachers and 90 normal females were collected. They were investigated in a questionnaire with some information of themselves. Results: (1) The average level about teachers'voice parameters was significantly lower in the teachers who had the habit of drinking water during work, than in the teachers who had no that habit (P〈0.05). (2) Average level of voice parameters in different working tension groups varied significantly (P 〈0.05). (3)The average voice parameters level of teacher was significantly higher than that of the control group (P〈0.05). (4)The average VHI score of teachers increased with working tension rising (r=0.376, P 〈0.05). (5) Average VHI score level in teacher group was significantly higher than that in the control's (P 〈0.05).Conclusion: Drinking water in working can make female teachers feel more comfortable. The tension of work increasing can make teacher feel hoarser and affect their psychology greater than before. Female teachers' voice problems relates with the characteristic of the vocation itself.
