摘  要:目的:评价三维超声成像技术对临床鉴别卵巢肿瘤诊断的价值。方法:利用三维超声成像技术对62例卵巢肿瘤患者及20例正常卵巢的对照组进行观察。包括肿瘤的形态、血流分布,并测量血流参数。比较卵巢良性肿物组(37例)、恶性组(25例)和正常卵巢对照组(20例)参数值的差异。结果:(1)三维超声成像技术在二维超声基础上诊断卵巢肿瘤的准确率达93.5%。(2)良性组以Ⅰ型血管为多见,恶性组以Ⅱ、Ⅲ型血管为主。(3)卵巢恶性组的VI、FI和VFI值均明显高于良性肿瘤组和正常卵巢对照组,三者分界值为VI=3.4(%),FI=38.0(0.1),VFI=1.3(0.1)。结论:三维超声成像技术及三维能量技术(3D-CPA)为鉴别卵巢肿瘤提供了更有价值的信息。ABSTRACT Objective: To evaluate the clinical application value of three dimensional ultrasound (3D- US) in discriminate diagnosi of ovarian tumor. Methods: Preoperative 3D-US was performed in 62 patients with suspected adnexal masses and 20 normal controls. The morph and blood feature of ovarian tumors and the blood parameter were observed. Vascular blood flow indices of malignant tumors were compared with those of benign masses and normal control. Results: (1) The accuracy of 3D-US was 93.5%. (2) The benign tumors were mainly Ⅰ type, and the malignant tumors were mainly Ⅱ or Ⅲ type. (3) VI, FI, VFI of the benign and malignant groups had significant difference, P〈0.001.Their demarcations were VI=3.4(%), FI=38.0(0.1 ), VFI=1.3(0.1 ). Conclusion: 3D-US and 3D-CPA indexes are valuable in diagnosing ovarian tumor.
