摘 要:[目的]对化妆品质控样品中的铅、汞、砷的均匀性进行检验。[方法]铅采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定,汞和砷采用原子荧光光度法测定。均匀性检验采用t检验和F检验联合技术进行统计分析。[结果]铅、汞、砷3种元素瓶内与瓶间各组测定结果的均值与方差差异无统计学意义。[结论]化妆品质控样品中的铅、汞、砷是均匀的。[Objective] To investigate the homogeneity of leader, mercury and arsenic in quality controledcosmetic samples. [Methods] Leader was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometric method. Mercury and Amenic were determined by atomic fluorescence spectrophotometric method. Two analysis tests including t- test and F- test were used to test the significant difference between the within-bottle and between-bottle results of three elements. [ Results] Average and variance of within-bottle and between-bottle results of three elements did not showed significant difference. [ Conclusion] The leader, mercury and arsenic in quality controlled cosmetic samples is homogeneous.
