摘　　要：目的研究p73和p53基因在皮肤鳞状细胞癌(SCC)中的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法分别检测45例SCC、19例Bowen病、10例正常人皮肤组织标本p73和p53蛋白表达。结果在SCC、Bowen病和正常人皮肤间p73和p53蛋白表达差异均有显著性意义(P均<0.05)。在各组样本中,p73与p53表达相关(r=0.343,P<0.05)。结论p53在皮肤SCC中高表达,p73在皮肤SCC中低表达,p73和p53基因在皮肤SCC的发生和发展过程中可能发挥一定作用。Objective To study the expression of p73 and p53 proteins in squamous cell carcinoma （SCC） of skin and the significance. Methods Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to examine the expressions of P73 and P53 proteins in 45 cases of skin SCC, 19 cases of bowen disease, and 10 cases of normal skin. Results There was a significant difference in the expressions of P73（P 〈0. 05） and P53（P 〈0. 05）. The expression of P73 was related to that of P53. Conclusion P53 protein was overexpressed in SCC, P73 protein was expressed low in SCC, and their expression may be related with carcinogenesis and malignant progression of SCC.
