摘 要:超声马达是一种依靠摩擦力驱动的新型驱动器,摩擦材料对超声马达的性能有重要的影响.以环氧树脂为基体,选择MoS2粉、晶须和Cu粉为填料,利用表面粘涂法制备了两种规格的涂层摩擦材料试样,研究了填料含量对涂层摩擦材料摩擦学性能及硬度的影响;借助正交设计和回归分析实验方法,研制出一种基本满足超声马达使用要求的涂层摩擦材料.在超声马达摩擦特性模拟试验装置上考察了涂层摩擦材料厚度对超声马达性能的影响.研究表明,在本文的实验条件下,当涂层摩擦材料厚度为1mm时,超声马达具有较好性能.Ultrasonic motor is a new type of motor driven by frictional force, and its performance is importantly affected by friction material. Taking epoxy resin as the base, MoS2, whisker and Cu as the filler, two types of coating friction materials were prepared by surface cohering technology. Tribologieal properties and hardness of coating friction materials with different contents of filler were studied. A kind of coating friction material which basically meets the requirement of ultrasonic motor was prepared by means of orthogonal experimental design and regression analysis. Effects of coating thickness of coating friction material on driving properties of ultrasonic motor were analyzed by simulated tester. The result shows that ultrasonic motor can exhibit good performance with the thickness of 1 mm of coating friction material.
