纳米TiO_2杂化明胶载银复合材料的抗紫外和抗菌性能

摘  要:采用原位有机一无机杂化方法制备了纳米TiO2杂化明胶复合材料,在此基础上引入银离子,制备了载银纳米TiO2杂化明胶,并对其表面形态,抗紫外性能和抗菌性能进行了检测。结果表明:载银不影响纳米TiO2在复合材料中的分布和粕径大小,纳米TiO2颗粒在复合材料中分布均匀,且其粒径与TiO2的含量有关。当TiO2含量质量分数从0.23%提高至2.00%时,纳米TiO2的平均尺寸相应地由30~50nm增加到80~100nm。银离子的引入,使纳米TiO2杂化明胶复合化材荆的抗紫外性显著提高,尤其对UVB有良好的屏蔽作用。同时,载银纳米TiO2复合材料,对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌能抗菌性能明显提高,当纳米TiO2含量质量分数为2.00%时,其抑菌率分别可达到98.8%和91.2%。Ag - doped gelatin/TiO2 nanocomposites were successfully prepared via in situ organic - inorganic hybrid process in the presence of AgNO3 , and the surface morphologies, anti - ultraviolet property and antibacterial activity of the nanocomposites were investigated respectively. SEM analysis indicates that introduced silver ions does not affect the dispersion and particle size of nano TiO2 particles, when the TiO2 concentration increases from 0.25wt% to 2.00wt% , the average size of nano particles, which disperses uniformly throughout the polymer matrix, increases correspondingly from 30 - 50nm to 80 ~ 100nm without large agglomerates observed. UV Spectra analysis shows that ultraviolet resistance of nanocomposites is significantly improved, especially against UVB due to the introduction of Ag . Ag - doped gelatin/TiO2 nanocomposites are also found to exhibit excellent antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus and Eseherichia eoli, The inhibitory ratios of Ag doped gelatin/TiO2 nanoeomposites against Staphylococcus aureus and Escheriehia coli are 98.8% and 91.2%, respectively.
