摘　　要：高校作为培养高素质和创新型人才的载体,必须要建设一支具有创新能力和创新精神的高水平师资队伍。当前高校创新型师资队伍建设应以科学发展观为理论指导,改进管理与用人机制,构建学术创新平台,培养创新人才,以期促进其全面协调可持续发展。As the cultivator of innovative talents of high quality,university should construct a high-level faculty with both ability and consciousness of innovation.The current construction and management of innovative faculty at university should be guided by the scientific view of development,improving human resource management system,providing academic innovation opportunities and cultivating innovative talents so as to promote comprehensive,balanced and sustainable development.
