摘  要:The approximate symmetry perturbation method is applied to the nonlinear damped wave equation. The approximate symmetry reduction equations of different orders are derived and the corresponding series reduction solutions are obtained.The approximate symmetry perturbation method is applied to the nonlinear damped wave equation.
