高职院校图书馆多元化服务举措探讨

摘　　要：多元化服务是目前国内外许多文献服务机构普遍追求的一种服务模式。针对目前存在的服务理念落后单一、管理模式重藏轻用、读者服务单一机械、专业人才普遍缺乏等诸多妨碍图书馆事业发展的不良因素,高职院校图书馆应采取多元化服务的举措,树立"以人为本"的服务理念,创设人性化的服务环境,加强服务人员的专业培训,实现个性化的信息服务,使高校图书馆真正成为教师和学生的精神家园。Offering the diversified services has become a service model of many literature service agencies at home and abroad.Libraries have many adverse factors which hinder the development of library,such as single service concept,machinery reader service and lack of professionals.In response to these adverse factors,libraries of higher vocational institutions should take the diversified service initiative,establish a ＂men-oriented＂ service concept,create a reasonable service environment, strengthen the professional training of the services, realize the personalized information service and make the university library a spiritual home of teachers and students.
