摘　　要：目的探讨地震伤员抑郁发生的相关因素,为临床护理提供干预依者一般资料表,在患者知情同意原则下,对80例地震伤员进行调查。结果地震伤员的抑郁发生率为42.5%,患者的家庭受损状况、性格、经济状况、生活自理程度、支持系统是影响抑郁症状发生的重要因素。结论地震伤员抑郁的发生与多种因素有关,心理干预应及早并持之以恒。Objective To investigate the correlation factors of depressed emotion of earthquake wounded persons. Methods 80 cases with earthquake injury were investigated with self-rating depression scale {SDS}. Results The inci- dence of depression in earthquake wounded persons was 42.50%. Home damaged condition, temperament, financial con- dition, self-care ability and support system were significantly related with the depression. Conclusion The depression oc- curring of earthquake wounded persons was related with multiple factors. The psychological intervention should be done early and persevere.
