摘　　要：针对普通高等院校毕业生就业工作日益严峻的形势，探索和构建新型实习模式．通过西安工程大学毕业生顶岗就业模式的探索与实践，指出高校毕业生顶岗实习的新型模式可以使企业的录用过程更加有效，有助于学校完善教育教学模式，有效拓宽毕业生就业渠道，增强学生的就业竞争力，实现高校、用人单位和学生的“三赢”．In order to solve the problem of unemployment for university graduates , a new pattern that can help the graduates to get employed effectively was sought out and constructed. The internship program of Xi＇an polytechnic university was explored. It is points out that the new internship program can help enterprises to improve their efficiency, improve educational model and broaden the ways of employment of the graduates, and strengthen student＇s competitive employment abilities, in the end, it can make the win - win profit for the university, the employer and the student.
