摘 要:目的:通过食物不耐受检测,为消化系统疾病致病因素的寻找提供实验室依据。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法检测52例有消化系统症状患者血清中14种常见食物特异性IgG。结果:消化系统症状患者有食物IgG升高者39例,占75.00%。四种消化系统疾病类型中,以肠易激综合征(IBS)发生率最高,达82.35%;其后依次为炎性反应性肠病(IBD)、慢性胃炎和消化性溃疡及慢性胆囊炎和胆石症。所吃食物中以蟹的IgG阳性率最高,占38.46%。结论:检测食物IgG对了解消化系统疾病患者可能存在的不耐受食物及指导相应饮食治疗方面具有重要参考意义。Objective To provide laboratory evidence for disease of digestive system by detecting food intolerance. Method Fourteen common food specificity IgGs were detected with ELISA in serum from 52 patients with digestive system symptoms. Results Thirty - nine samples (75.00%) from patients with digestive system symptoms had high food IgG. In digestive system symptoms,the prevalence in irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) was the highest (82. 35% ) ; followed by inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) , chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer, chronic cholecystitis and cholelithiasis. The prevalence of crab IgG was the highest ,with 38.46%. Conclusion Food IgG detection has important significance in comprehending the possibility of food intolerance in patients with disease of digestive system and guiding dietary therapy.
