中西部地区民办教育政策实施现状及提升策略

摘　　要：本文以中西部地区五城市为例,对中西部地区民办教育管理政策实施现状进行了调查分析。结果发现,中西部地区在民办教育政策实施过程中存在着公众对民办教育政策理解程度不高、民办教育政策制度化水平偏低、公众对民办教育政策实施效果不太满意、对民办教育缺乏足够的认同感等问题。在此基础上,本文提出了相应的改进策略。Taking five cities in the midwest as examples, we made an investigation on the implementation of private education policy. The results are as follows. In the process of the implementation, public understanding is not enough ; the institutional level of private education policy is relatively low; the effect of the policy is not good enough to satisfy the public;the public lack of identity towards the policiy etc. On this basis, this paper puts forward some corresponding improving strategies.
