摘 要:】在田间病圃和网室旱圃条件下,日本单基因鉴别品种与四川省稻瘟病菌相互作用表明,四川省稻瘟病菌菌株对抗瘟基因型Pi-ks,Pi-a的致病率较高,具有这些基因的日本品种在田间的叶瘟、穗瘟发生都重。菌株对抗瘟基因型Pi-z,Pi-ta,Pi-ta2,Pi-zt的致病率低,具有这些基因的品种在田间叶瘟和穗瘟发生都较轻,叶瘟比穗瘟稍重。菌株对抗瘟基因型Pi-i,Pi-k,Pi-km,Pi-kp,Pi-b,Pi-t,Pi-kh的致病性不稳定,具有这些基因的品种在田间的感病程度也不一致,表明我省稻瘟菌系组成的复杂性和水稻品种抗性基因组成的多样性。Historical data (from 1988 to 1997) were used to analyse the interaction of the differential varieties of Japanese rice with single resistance gene against rice blast fungus in Sichuan. The results showed that blast of leaf and panicle were heavy while disease producing rate of fungus were high for Japanese varieties with resistant genes of Pi k s and Pi a. With resistant genes of Pi z, Pi t a, Pi ta 2 and Pi z t, blast of leaf and panicle were light while the disease producing rate of fungus were low. And the others were instable. The studies provide some information for research of the resistant inheritance of rice varietes.
