摘 要:本文以一栋十八班教学楼为例,以建筑物本身的动力特性为研究基础,从建筑方案设计入手,以合理的建筑平面布局和规则的形体,配合抗侧力和延性好的钢管混凝土或工字钢柱、工字钢梁、组合楼板构成的框架-支撑结构体系、岩棉芯复合压型钢板外墙和内隔墙,构成耐受强地震作用不倒塌的教学建筑。弹塑性有限元分析表明,该结构具有良好的动力特性和耐震性能。本项研究工作为高烈度地震区教学楼耐震设计提供了技术支持。In this paper, an 18-class teaching building is taken as an example to study the design of aseismic teaching building. Based on the dynamic characteristics of buildings, aseismic design starts from architectural scheme. An aseismic and non-collapse teaching building in strong earthquake is designed by reasonable architectural layout and regular construction shape, good anti-lateral and ductile frame-braced structural system constituted by concrete-filled steel pipes, I-steel columns, I-steel beams and assembled floor slabs, as well as the outside and partition walls with composite pressure-plates of rock-wool cores. Elastic-plastic finite element analysis reveals the structure with best dynamic characteristics and aseismic performances. The technical support to the aseismic design of teaching buildings in high intensity seismic zones is provided in this paper.
