摘　　要："产融结合"是现代市场经济发展的必然结果,财务公司是企业集团进行资源配置并实现"产融结合"的一种有效机制和从价值链上实施纵向一体化战略的重要途径。企业集团财务公司能够促进企业集团资金的集约化管理,为企业集团聚集资金、调节余缺、提高资金效益服务,有利于优化产业结构,开拓市场。＂Combination between industry and finance＇is an inevitable result of the development of modern market economy. Finance company is an effective mechanism for enterprise gourp to implement resource allocation and realize the ＂combination between industry and finance＂,and it is also an important approach to carry out the vertical integration strategy from the aspect of value chain. Enterprise group finance company can help improve the intensive management of enterprise group, serve for funds accumulation, surplus and deficiency adjustment and funds efficiency improvement, and help optimize the industrial structure and develop market.
