摘 要:目的探讨乳腺增生和乳腺癌中ER、PR、CerbB-2和P^53蛋白的表达差异及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学(ElivisionTM)法,检测68例乳腺增生和70例乳腺癌标本中ER、PR、CerbB-2和P^53蛋白的表达,并以统计学方法分析其差异。结果乳腺癌患者ER表达明显高于乳腺增生患者(P=0.01),分组分析显示绝经期乳腺癌患者ER表达高于乳腺增生患者(P=0.048),而与围经期患者无明显差异;乳腺癌患者Cer—B2受体表达水平明显高于乳腺增生患者(P〈0.01),分组分析显示绝经期及围经期乳腺癌患者Cer—B2受体表达水平均高于乳腺增生患者(P〈0.05);乳腺癌患者P^53受体表达水平明显高于乳腺增生患者(P=0.016),分组分析显示绝经期乳腺癌患者P^53受体表达水平高于乳腺增生患者(P=0.041),而围经期患者差异无统计学意义。结论ER、PR、CerbB-2、P^53在乳腺增生与乳腺癌中表达有明显差异,可以用于乳腺癌的诊断和治疗。Objective To study the expression in ER, PR, CerbB -2 and P^53 of hyperplasia of mammary and the breast carcinoma. Methods The expression of ER, PR, CerbB -2 and P^53 in the 68 patients with the hyperplasia of mammary and 70 patients with the breast carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemistry and analyzed. Results There was higher ER expression of breast carcinoma than hyperplasia of mammary glands ( P = 0. 01 ). In classified data, there was higher ER expression in the distribution of the menopausal breast carcinoma than hyperplasia of mammary glands ( P 〈 0. 05 ), and there was no statistically significant differences of the climacteric patients. There was higher CerbB - 2 expression of breast carcinoma than hyperplasia of mammary glands ( P 〈 0. 01 ). In classified data, there was statistically significant differences in the distribution of CerbB - 2 expression of the menopausal patients and the climacteric patients (P 〈 0. 05 ). There was higher P^53 expression of breast carcinoma than hyperplasia of mammary glands( P =0. 016). In classified data, there was higher P^53 expression in the distribution of the menopausal breast carcinoma than hyperplasia of mammary glands ( P = 0. 041 ) , and there was no statistically significant differences of the climacteric patients. Conclusions The expression of ER, PR, CerbB - 2 and P^53 in the hyperplasia of mammary and the breast carcinoma were significantly of different, and play an appropriate role in diagnosis and treatment of the breast carcinoma.
