摘　　要：合格音乐师资的欠缺是制约农村中小学音乐教育健康发展的关键因素。以皖西地区部分农村中小学为调查对象,考察了农村中小学的音乐师资现状,揭示了农村中小学音乐师资存在的问题,提出了相应的对策。Lack of qualified music teaching staff is a key factor that hinders the healthy development of music education in rural elementary and middle schools. This paper, with the western rural elementary and middle schools in Anhui as objects, surveys the present situation of the music teaching staff there and offers corresponding countermeasures to the existing problems through statistics and analyses of the survey.
