摘　　要：介绍了导电胶的组成、导电机理及在各方面的应用,并对未来导电胶的发展作了展望。In this paper, the composition and conductive mechanism of electrically conductive adhesives were briefly introduced, the current application situation of conductive adhesives was discussed, and the future direction of its development was also described.
