摘　　要：实验室开放是我国高等教育发展和民族创新体系培育的需要,更新思想观念、建立规章制度、建设创新开放基地和理顺创新活动基金等,是搞好实验室开放工作的前提和条件。The opening of laboratory management is necessary for the development of our higher education and the construction of native creation system.Change of the mind,establishment of management rules,construction of experimental base and foundation of creation activity,etc,are the conditions to open laboratory.
