摘 要:基于透射体布拉格光栅频谱组束的设计方案,采用半导体激光器作为泵浦源,以双包层Er3+/Yb3+共掺光纤为增益介质,报道了两束光纤激光频谱组束的实验结果。作为一种激光合成方法,在两束光纤激光输出功率分别为0.48W和0.71W、光栅实际衍射效率不到40%的情况下,实现了组束功率为0.56W,绝对组束效率约为47%的组束激光输出。并分析了实验过程中影响组束效率的因素。Based on the design scheme of spectral beam combining using transmitting volume Bragg grating, the experimental results for spectral beam combining of two fiber lasers are reported. The gain medi urns used in this experiment were erbium-ytterbium co-doped double-cladding fibers, pumped by semi- conductor lasers. The output powers of the two fiber lasers were 0.48 W and 0.71 W respectively. With grating diffraction efficiency lower than 40%, the maximal output power of 0.56 W with absolutely corn bining efficiency of about 47% was achieved. The reason for the lower combining output power in the experimente was analyzed too.
