基于灰色关联分析的企业IT应用水平提升路径研究

摘　　要：在实证调研的基础上,应用灰色关联理论,对企业的管理制度能力和流程管理能力与IT应用水平进行灰色关联分析,发现企业IT应用水平不同阶段,这两种能力与IT应用水平的关联度存在差异,表明企业IT应用发展规律在不同IT应用阶段相对应的制度能力和流程管理能力不同。由此,提出企业在选择提升IT应用水平路径上应当关注在不同时期与IT应用水平相对应的制度能力和流程管理能力的培育和强化。Based on empirical study, this paper analyzed the influence that enterprise management system capacity and process management capacity had on IT application maturity by Grey Correlation Theory. And it found that the correlations between the two capacities and IT application maturity had differences in different phase of IT application maturity, which showed that in different phases, development of IT application needed different management system capacities and process capacities. Therefore, it proposed that when an enterprise chose the path to improve IT application maturity, it should pay attention to cultivation and strengthening of management system capacity and process capacity corresponding to different phases of IT application maturity.
