摘　　要：运用因子分析方法提取了影响合作创新的四个方面的因素,通过多元线性回归模型对企业高校合作创新的相关假设进行验证,并对检验结果进行了分析和探讨。The paper gets four aspects determinants of collaborative innovation of industry and university by Factor Analysis. And we analyze the hypotheses by Regression Analysis of Multivariate Linear Model, and further, we have dong study for the reason of the results.
