摘　　要：基于荷兰爱因霍温技术大学的教学考察,较详细地介绍了一种以"能力"为中心的教学模式。依据国防科学技术大学"学历合训"专业的培养目标,对"合训类"专业和传统的"技术类"专业的技术内涵进行了定性的比较分析,提出了关于"学历合训"专业教学模式的新见解。Based on a teaching inspection of Technology University of Eindhoven in the Netherlands, an ability-oriented teaching model is introduced in detail. The technological connotation of the education for junior commanding officer candidates and those for techinical office candidates is qualitatively analyzed and compared in National University of Defense Technology. Some new views of the teaching model for junior commanding officer candidates are presented.
