俄罗斯军校校园文化建设的特点与启示

摘　　要：知识育人、教学育人和管理育人等传统教育方式在当今世界主要国家的军事院校得到普遍运用。文化育人,用校园文化建设推动军校学员人文素质的全面提高,是一种新的教育理念,也是提高军校学员综合素质的有效途径。本文介绍了俄罗斯军校校园文化建设的特点,指出了其对我军校园文化建设的启示和意义。Traditional educational methods like knowledge education, teaching education and management education have been widely applied by the major military schools in the world. Culture education, as a new educational concept which advocates the enhancement of students＇ humane quality through the construction of campus culture, can be another effective way of improving military school cadets＇ comprehensive quality. This article introduces the characteristics of the construction of campus culture in Russian military schools and points out its enlightenment and significance for the construction of campus culture in Chinese military schools.
