摘　　要：在职护理人员的继续教育对他们的业务理论技术水平的提高是一种行之有效的方法和途径,尤其是在信息技术水平突飞猛进的当今,他们的信息技术教育日益显得迫切和需要。就在职护理人员的继续教育以及如何提高他们的信息技术水平问题进行论述。Continuing education for in - service nursing staff is a very effective way to enhance their professional theory and technology level. Especially at present, the information technology level is progressing by leaps and bounds, and the information technology education for them was more urgent day by day. This article summarized the continuing education for inservice nursing staffs and how to improve their information technology level.
